Rachael Stentz-Baugher

Stentz-Baugher graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in Sport Management. Moving to Cleveland in early 2001, Rachael began at the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission as Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Rachael was responsible for coordinating the 2001 National Taekwondo Championships, 2001 Greater Cleveland Sports Awards, and 2002 U.S. Gymnastics Championships. In addition, Rachael was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sports Commission.

Stentz-Baugher then gained valuable video production experience with Classic Worldwide Productions, working as a production assistant, production manager, and eventually, producer for various commercial shoots and the 2002, 2003, and 2004 Greater Cleveland Sports Awards.

From September, 2005 through May of 2007, Rachael returned to the GCSC to take on a 21-month assignment as the Director of Programs. Rachael oversaw the planning, budgeting and operations of the Women Rock programs, a series of 13 community programs related to the 2007 NCAA Women’s Final Four focused on health and wellness, youth mentoring and leadership, Title IX, public participation, and education outreach. The program series was a new concept, intended to deepen the footprint left by the NCAA and the Women’s Final Four in Cleveland, and has served as a model for future host cities programming efforts.

In 2007, Rachael began RSB Consulting, LLC. RSB Consulting is an event production and development company, primarily focused on non-profit events. Rachael worked with many of the area’s leading non-profits, producing events such as the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk and Heart Ball, Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk and Celebration of Hope Gala, and American Liver Foundation Liver Life Walk and Flavors of Northeast Ohio.

Rachael lives in Brecksville, OH with her husband Danny, son Easton, and chocolate lab, Kenai. Rachael also enjoys spending time with her step-son, Trevor, who lives in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Always involved in sports, Rachael was a 3-sport athlete in high school, played rugby in college, and currently plays on a women’s outdoor soccer team and is a recreational runner. Rachael also serves on the Board of the Cleveland chapter of WISE, Women in Sports and Events.
