TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GCSC Mobile Alerts program is an interactive mobile SMS service provided by GCSC with short code 95323. Stay up-to-date on all GCSC news through scheduled alerts. Text SPORTS to 95323 to participate and receive a maximum of 6 messages a month.
GCSC Mobile Alerts works with but is not limited to the following carriers: AT&T, Sprint, Boost, Nextel, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, US Cellular, Cellular One, and T-Mobile. Message & data rates may apply.
GCSC provides short message service updates, mobile alerts and mobile call to action campaigns (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these terms and conditions prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, and our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service. Also note that to process your requests for this Service, you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the terms of your wireless service. Message & data rates may apply. Check your wireless service provider if you have questions about your service plan.

GCSC respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to the Service to transmit your text message or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
